| The 1904 Loomis transcription says "T. Daemmer, d. Nov. 7, 1856, ae 8 mos" The 1934 transcription judged the stone illegible. As of 2007, the stone is black, eroded, and slightly mossy, and reads "F. DAEMMER DIED NOV….AGE 8 MO" City's "List" for 1856 says "Aug. 19 Dammer infant child 8 m." The list is notoriously inaccurate, so this could be the 8 month old Daemmer child who died in Nov. |
