| A Tombstone inscription says "Maria Crane, wife of Rev. J. Matlock and dau. Of E.L. and A. Crane d. Nov 18, 1852, ae 23" ("Inscriptions"). Her tombstone has become illegible as of 2007. She was married to Joseph Matlock. (Cuyahoga County Historical Marriage Licence Index online) After her death, her son went to live with his grandparents, Elihu and Accious Crane (1860 US Federal Census) No other census info on a Joseph Matlock of the right age.
